Pookoo needed a comprehensive logistics management solution to handle their rapidly growing delivery network across Nepal. The primary challenge was managing complex payment flows across two different models (Cash on Delivery and prepaid online payments) while maintaining vendor satisfaction and accurate financial tracking.

Key to solving the vendor satisfaction challenge was implementing a 24-hour COD payment settlement system that automatically includes delivery charges in vendor payouts, with detailed monthly statements for financial reconciliation.
